When I was learning those languages, I couldn't just say what I meant. So I'd write the sentence down first, read it back to myself, and only then dare to open my mouth.

What finally changed it wasn't more vocabulary — it was structure. Instead of building a sentence word by word, I memorized whole patterns the way native speakers actually say them, then slotted my own words in. For the first time, I had something ready before I opened my mouth.

That's the method I've spent 6 years teaching students all over the world — and in the past 6 months alone it's taken 80+ adult learners from single words to full sentences.
