What I collect

• Your email address, if you ask for the free handbook or join the email list.
• Your order details, if you buy something — your email address, what you bought and when. Card and payment details go to the payment provider; I never see or store them.
• Anything you write to me in an email or a message.

What I use it for

• Sending you the file you asked for, and the download links for anything you bought.
• Emails about new practice packs, the speaking challenge and lessons — only if you joined the list, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Answering your questions and sorting out problems with an order.

I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Dodo Payments — checkout, payment and order delivery. They act as the merchant of record and handle payment data under their own privacy policy.
• MailerLite — the email list and the emails I send.
• Netlify — hosting for this site.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. The checkout, which runs on the payment provider's own pages, may set cookies it needs to process your order.

How long I keep it

Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove yours. Order records are kept as long as the payment provider and the relevant tax rules require.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also email me to ask what data I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and I'll do it.
