Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Everything sold here is delivered as an instant digital download, so once the files have been sent, all sales are final. Each product page lists exactly what's inside before you buy, so you know what you're getting.

When I will refund you

Email mei@chineseoutloud.com within 14 days of your purchase if:

• the download doesn't work and we can't get it working together;
• you received the wrong files, or files that don't match what the product page described;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

Write from the email address you used at checkout and tell me what happened. I'll usually try to fix the problem first — most of the time it's a download link that has expired, which takes a minute to sort out. If it can't be fixed, I'll refund you.

How refunds are paid

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record, so approved refunds are processed by them and go back to the payment method you used. It usually takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you rights that this policy can't take away — including rules about digital content that starts downloading immediately after purchase. Nothing here affects those rights.

Questions before you buy

If you're not sure whether a pack suits your level, email me before buying and I'll tell you honestly. I'd rather answer that question first than take money from someone the material isn't right for.
