HSK2 · instant download
A topic for every day, and a model of how a native speaker would talk about it — with audio, pinyin and English.
Who it's for
Learners at around HSK2 who can say some Chinese, but run into the same two things every time they try to speak: nothing comes to mind to talk about, and even when it does, the sentence won't start.
This pack takes care of both — a topic for every day, and a model of how a native speaker would talk about it.
How it works with the free challenge
The 30-day challenge itself is free. Every day on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts you'll get that day's speaking topic and the sentence patterns you can build your answer with.
This pack is for the moment right after that — when you've had a go at the topic and you want to know how a native speaker would have said it. You get the model text to compare with, the recording to listen to, and questions to answer out loud, so each topic works your listening, your speaking and your reading rather than just one of them.
What's inside
Everything comes as one zip file, so you can download it once and keep it on your phone. Days 11–20 and 21–30 will be released as separate packs as the challenge goes on.
Four ways to use it
The Chinese, pinyin and English sit together, so you can read at whatever level feels comfortable that day and check yourself as you go.
The recordings are spoken the way I'd actually say these things, not read from a textbook. Listen first without looking, then use the 5 questions to see how much you caught.
Answer the questions out loud after listening. It's good practice for summarising what you heard, which is most of what a real conversation asks you to do.
Once you've heard how the sentence is built, swap in your own words. That's how the expressions in here end up in your own speaking instead of staying on the page.
Your part
This pack gives you plenty to work with — a topic every day, the sentence patterns and words to build your answer, and the way a native speaker actually puts them together. So there's always something to talk about and a way to say it.
You record yourself answering, and when you get to the end you can listen back to your first one and hear how far you've come.
